Brenda Grijalva
DESIGNER
Brenda is creative by nature. As a Graphic Designer at WCA, she is responsible for branding, print design, and digital design. Storytelling is her passion and Brenda’s interests are well aligned with our women-led social impact creative team.
As a first-generation college graduate, she always strived to be the first in her family to have a creative career track. She recently provided design and social media support for a family-owned design agency and has developed marketing materials for experiential education departments. She continues to serve as a freelance designer. Brenda completed her B.A. in Graphic Design at Oakland University with a minor in Studio Art plus a concentration in Photography. While her career focus is graphic design, Brenda sees her skills in digital illustration, photography, and 2D art as an advantage to express and communicate design thoughtfully.
In her free time, you’ll find Brenda searching for unique items at thrift shops, letting those endorphins run wild at spin class or the soccer field, or slowing down to bake some gluten-free desserts.
