Zoe Jackson

Zoe puts all the technical pieces together. At Williamson Creative Agency, she’s responsible for website design and maintenance, print design, branding, technical support, and systems operations. At its core, she makes technology and graphic design more accessible and builds confidence in those she works alongside. She loves making sure client deliverables are both functional and appealing.

​​For 7 years, Zoe served the Michigan State University College of Law Technology Services department. In this vast technician role, she did everything from facilitating the configuration and installation of hardware to coordinating technology for virtual events to guiding everyday users through some of their most stressful IT moments.

As a freelancer, Zoe has led multiple trainings centered on sexual assault, consent, and crisis management. She holds a BS in Zoology from Michigan State University. Away from her computer, Zo sews. She can also be found hiking, maintaining her community garden, or posted up with her plants and a great book. She holds numerous community volunteer positions and might be able to connect you with free trees for your yard - ask her about it.
